*** VEHICLE/EQUIPMENT INSPECTIONS CAN BE ARRANGED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (excluding legal holidays) BETWEEN 12:00 PM AND 2:30 PM CST with appointment scheduled AT LEAST 24 hrs in advance

*** Please note: the appointment must be confirmed : requesting customers will be given a phone number to confirm appointment

*** Please note: OUR DEPARTMENT HAS INCREASED VISITATION DAYS - but you must call on or before noon by the prior day to arrange appointment

*** Please note: due to staffing issues access to authorized signatures is not immediately available : titles will be signed and mailed via Certified Mail as soon after vehicle retrieval as possible

*** Titles (IF APPLICABLE) will be signed in approximately 2 weeks of the vehicle being received by the winner (or their designee) and will be mailed via Certified Mail – tracking numbers emailed to winning email address
