Please call and arrange inspection date/time 24 hours prior to intended arrival. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All vehicles are subject to salt air due to being on the GULF COAST OF GALVESTON COUNTY, which could result in some rust. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. Otherwise, please call for instructions.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Payment may be hand delivered or mailed to 722 MOODY, 5th FLOOR, PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, Galveston, Texas 77550 prior to picking up the item. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency 100 dollars or less, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: Galveston County.

Removal

ALL items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:30PM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please call 409-770-5417 to confirm pickup time. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated in the Buyers Certificate. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller’s terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
