The successful bidder will be completely responsible for safe removal of items and will need to sign a Hold Harmless agreement, see attached.
Buyer will be required to sign a Hold Harmless agreement prior to removal of assets. Call or email to arrange appointment to view items or further inquiry during regular business hours (M-F 9 AM - 3 PM).
Buyer will be responsible for providing suitable transportation for the items, and must also provide all straps and manpower to safely secure the load to buyer's truck / trailer, and comply with all local, state and federal safety regulations.
The bidder is encouraged to inspect and determine the condition of property prior to bidding; No guarantee is offered. The winning bidder of this item must retrieve and pick-up at site address (listed below) Pick-up of items is made by appointment only.
Payment is due within 3 days of auction end. Items must be picked up no later than 7 days after end of auction. Any items not picked up by this date may be subject to forfeit.
