Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. See special instructions on each auction page for inspection details.

All items must be removed solely by the buyer within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading, removal, any tear down of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Temple/Temple Police Department assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

All items are SOLD AS IS, it is the buyers responsibility to come and check all items out before bidding you may contact the Temple Police Department at 770-562-3151 ext: 206 Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm to set up a time for inspection prior to bidding if you would like. All information that is available about items up for bid has been listed other than calling to come and view the items we ask that you do not call with any questions. No Refunds will be giving all sales are final. You have 5 days to Pay once you have won the bid and 10 days to pick up your items, you are solely responsible for pick up and removal, under NO circumstance will we ship any items to you. If items have not been removed we will charge $25.00 per day for storage.
