The winning bidder has ten(10) business days from the end of the auction to remove their item(s) or the item is considered abandoned and the ownership of said property reverts back to OSU. No shipping is offered. If shipping is required it is up to the winning bidder to make all necessary arrangements.

OSU reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to sell any part or all of the offered property to OSU departments, state and local governments, and nonprofit organizations with a 501(c)(3)status prior to the end of the sale. OSU makes no warranty expressed or implied as to the quality, weight, size or description of any of the property or its fitness of any use or purpose. All sales are final, no refunds. All property is offered for sale “as is, where is, with no guarantee”. Defects not listed/shown/known may exist. Returns are not accepted EXCEPT if the auction description does not match the actual item. The seller reserves the right to make that determination.
