Vulcan 12 gallon electric steam kettle, 208/240 volt 3/1 phase. Worked perfectly when last used. Was installed in 2016 and only used a few times and has been sitting idle for several years. Only used to heat water based foods, never used for oil. Needs nothing other then a good cleaning. We will have the unit disconnected from the electrical supply when ready for pickup. We do not ship or package for shipping, must be picked up Monday - Friday 7am to 130pm. Loading assistance will not be provided.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
