The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Property can be removed by appointment only Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm (we are closed on Fridays during the summer). Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Please keep in mind that the college reserves the right to turn bidders away who do not have the proper attire, equipment, and transportation to remove and transport items. Individuals providing labor to remove items from our campus must be 18 or older. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
