This auction is for a used Amkus hydraulic rescue tool set, removed from service during an equipment upgrade. The system was operational when taken out of front-line service. Individual components have NOT been recently tested, and current working condition is unknown.

This lot includes hydraulic cutters, spreaders, a gas-powered Amkus power unit, and hydraulic hoses as shown.

Heavy-duty extrication Ram commonly used for vehicle rescue

All items are sold as is, where is unless expressly stated in the auction terms. All items are described as accurately as possible however, these descriptions are subjective. It is HIGHLY recommended that buyers inspect all items prior to placing and bidding. If you win and item and upon examination, determine that it was not what you thought it was or you do not agree with the description of condition, the City of Hartsville will NOT terminate the purchase agreement. No refunds, returns, exchanges, swaps, trades, or deals will be made. In short, if you bid and win, you bought it!

Inspection can be arranged for 8 AM- 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Contact Captain Segars via text 843-858-3481 to arrange inspection. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP!

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Removal

Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, all items must be removed from the City of Hartsville property within 10 business days. As hardships do arise from time to time, we may extend this time. However, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to call and make contact with a City of Hartsville representative to be given any extension. ALL BUYERS MUST CALL PRIOR TO PICKUP AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!!
