Important Pickup Instructions
To receive the pickup instructions and have the title and vehicle released, please make sure the following steps are completed. Once these are done, we will provide the point of contact information for the pickup.
Complete the Bidder Agreement Form:
- Submit a fully completed Bidder Agreement form and upload a valid photo ID using [THIS LINK].
- Once your Bidder Agreement has been reviewed and approved, our Cashiers will email you the pickup details, including the pickup location and contact person’s information.
If Sending a Representative:
- If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please email the representative’s full name to cashiers@sierraauction.com.
- The representative must present a valid ID and sign for the item(s) at the time of pickup.
Buyer Responsibilities:
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of item removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, and exporting.
Pickup Deadline:
All items must be picked up and removed within five (5) business days from the auction close, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
Items not removed within this timeframe may result in one or more of the following actions: (1) the item(s) may be declared abandoned with no refund provided, (2) storage fees of $20 per day may be charged, or (3) the sale may be canceled and a fee equal to the Buyer’s Premium may be assessed.
Load-Out Information:
Buyers are responsible for their own load-out, rigging, removal, and transport. A forklift may not be available on-site.
Title Information:
Titles are mailed to the address and name listed on the Buyer’s Certificate.
To request a change of address, name transfer, or other title update, email our Title Department at jessica.miranda@sierraauction.com within three (3) days of the auction closing.
Requests received after this period may incur additional fees, including a $25 returned title fee and/or a $95 duplicate title fee.

Shipping is NOT available. Buyers must make their own arrangements for vehicle pickup and transport.
