The GPI Harmony M72 Vertical Baler is an efficient recycling and trash equipment designed for durability and effectiveness in compacting large quantities of material. This item will be sold as is. Not sure of working condition. This item is between 5,000 and 7,000 lbs. This is located inside a building close to the dock area. Asset will need to be disassembled to remove and a forklift to load. All equipment needed for removal will be purchased and used by the buyer. You will be responsible for the breakdown and loading. Any damages occurred in the breakdown or transport out of the state building will be at the buyer expense. The buyer will be responsible for all damages occurred to any state property. This asset is located in the Hoover Building at 1305 East Walnut Street Des Moines IA

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
