You are bidding on 35 used chairs. The chairs do have some stains on them. Chairs were functional last time they were used but no guarantees on the functionality today.

Under NO circumstances will Iowa Workforce Development/Iowa Vocational Rehab assume responsibly for packing, loading or shipping.

SALES TAX

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
