The AquaClean 18FLX is a corded, commercial carpet extractor with an 18-inch cleaning path, featuring Dual Cleaning Mode (DCM) for both fast-drying, low-moisture cleaning and deep restorative carpet extraction. It can also be converted for hard floor use.
Cleaning Path: 18 inches (45.7 cm) with integrated brush and vacuum shoe.
Solution Tank Capacity: 11 gallons (41.6 L).
Recovery Tank: 9 gallons (34.1 L).
Vacuum Motor: 1.5 hp, 3-stage design.
Brush Motor: 1/3 hp with fully variable brush height adjustment.
Dual Cleaning Mode (DCM): Allows quick dry, low moisture/high productivity mode or restorative mode with increased moisture and aggressive brush agitation for tough soils.
Flow Rates: 0.33 gpm @ 60 psi in low-moisture mode, 0.7 gpm @ 60 psi in restorative mode.
Ergonomics: Flip-over handle for walk-behind or pull-back operation.

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
