Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed PICK UP DATES FOR THESE ARE ON THE FOLLWING DATES AND TIMES. BUT YOU MUST NOTIFY IN ADVANCE OF WHICH DATE AND TIME YOU WILL BE THERE NOVEMBER 5TH 2:00PM UNTIL 4:15PM, NOVEMBER 6TH 9AM UNTIL 11:30 AM, NOVEMBER 7th 1:30pm to 4pm, items located nearby. buyer will be given address For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
