All items are sold as is, where is unless expressly stated in the auction terms. All items are described as accurately as possible however, these descriptions are subjective. Removal
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, all items must be removed from the City of Hartsville property within 10 business days. As hardships do arise from time to time, we may extend this time. However, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to call and make contact with a City of Hartsville representative to be given any extension. ALL BUYERS MUST CALL PRIOR TO PICKUP AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!!
