Seller will not make any arrangements with shipping companies or recommend a shipper.
Seller Will Not print out labels, measure or weigh items. Do Not ask Seller to put labels on items or box items.
Buyer Must Pick up in Person or arrange for a third-party shipper.
Buyer if using a Third party to pick up the items. Buyer is required to provide a Release form from Gov Deals and provide a copy of their Driver’s License / State issued Identification with the release.
Hours for pick up are 1:30pm to 4pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Seller reserves the right in case of Emergency to be closed to the public.
Pick up must be scheduled 48 hours in advance during normal weekly business hours.

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
