16-foot Jon Boat- Needs welding done at the bottom of the boat near the boat plug area. Holes
have been repaired with JB Weld numerous times and continue to be fixed every season. Wear and tear
(such as dents, scratches, and paint missing) for a boat that is more than 15 years old.

Removal
Removal: Items will not be shipped without prior consent by City of Concord representatives. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. . Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
