There are two safes located in a main level office. Their measurements are 52" tall, 28" deep, and 20 3/4" wide. Both are combination locks which are unknown, and weight are unknown but substantial.
There is no equipment, lifts, or manpower to load, lift or assist buyer.
Buyer is sole responsible for them.
None of them have the combination but are open at time of listing.

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
