The items are used and sold AS IS **Buyer MUST pick up items in person at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown. Under no circumstances will the Iowa Veterans Home assume responsibility for packing, loading, labeling or shipping. Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
