Seller's Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of all items here on GovDeals and are non negotiable. All sales are final and all aspects of transactions are binding. By placing a bid, you subsequently agree to such Terms & Conditions. Default bidders will be billed a 20% default in addition to any applicable late fees or storage fees. Lotting and sale of items are at the discretion of seller where the seller reserves the right to cancel at any time for any reason. All bids shall be arrived at independently without collusion, consultation, intimidation, communication, or agreement, for the purpose of restricting competition, with any other potential bidder. It is expected that buyers shall utilize such property including its disposition in conformance with applicable laws and regulations. The seller makes no guarantees or statements as to the physical fitment, readiness or operation of such property. A preview of the items will be offered prior to auction end. Preview requests must be made one day in advance. Inspections are not offered at time of pick-up or on the date of auction end. Vehicles may not be started, operated or tampered with in any manner. Vehicles may not be driven or operated on seller(s) premises under any circumstances. Payments/deposits are nonrefundable and must be made in full prior to pickup. Payments are due AT THE END of the auction. Failure to complete payments in full will result in a default and forfeiture where the buyer will have no recourse. The seller reserves the right to bill default bidders a 20% default fee plus any applicable late fees or storage fees. PICK-UPS & SHIPPING/DELIVERY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds. NO returns. NO exchanges. NO turndowns. Buyers must pick-up and load items without the assistance of the seller and within the allocated timeframe. Pick-ups must be made during business hours and at scheduled pick-up time. Appointments require at minimum one day advance notice. Buyer must provide government-issued photo ID at pickup and must sign and affirm all documents required. Property items will be SHIPPED at the seller’s expense where such shipping charges will be assessed at auction end. Buyers subsequently agree to pay such shipping and delivery charges and any other associated expenses. Other shipping/delivery methods may be available on a case-by-case basis and buyer shall communicate with seller during such process. During pick-ups, loading services or assistance will NOT be provided. The winning bidder is responsible for the loading and removal of purchased items and assumes all risk incidental to such loading and removal. Buyer shall be responsible for any damage and/or personal injury caused by removal of items. This includes the obligation to repair and restore any damage to the property to the satisfaction of the facility or seller(s) representative(s). For vehicles, any seals, insignias, or aftermarket equipment are not included or offered in such sale.
The use or possession of such is prohibited by the seller and in any case where such items are accidently left within a vehicle, such items must be returned to the seller immediately. Vehicle titles will be mailed to buyers within ninety days. Vehicle titles will only be mailed out after such vehicle is removed from the seller(s) possession.
