Selling a John Deere lawn tractor, model 455. Includes cab with swing doors and snow blower attachment. Engine starts, runs, and idles well. Brakes are weak and don't always hold. Hydraulic lines have a leak at connection point. Snow blower works but has significant rust. Sold AS-IS.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer is responsible for pickup of items. We do not ship, pack, or otherwise prepare items for transport. Buyer must have ability to pick up and move items or make arrangements for pickup and preparation.

Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
