If you are seeking sales tax removal, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). This must be completed before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool for Out of State Vehicle Buyers. You will be provided two forms to bring to Seller that will be signed upon removal.
Removal
Property must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
Property may be removed by appointment only between the hours of 8:15 am and 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
Buyer must show a copy of the Buyer's Certificate and photo ID at time of pickup.
If the Buyer is unable to pick up items personally, third party pickup can be arranged. Send a request to coordinate third party pickup to PublicSurplus@cityofpoulsbo.com.
