Short Description:
Bulk lot of 22 Allsteel office chairs. Includes 9 high-back grey chairs and 13 black chairs. All items show signs of wear, mechanical issues, or cosmetic damage. See long description for details.
Long Description:
This lot consists of twenty-two (22) Allsteel brand office chairs in mixed colors and conditions. These units are being sold as-is for parts or repair.
Group 1: Grey High-Back Allsteel Chairs (Quantity: 9)
Model: RL-MHC.2.0.LCBKLKM01.CTU10
Mechanical Note: Pneumatic cylinders are failing; chairs do not remain in the upright/raised position.
Condition Notes: * One (1) chair has a cracked high-back frame; One has part of arm covering torn off.
One (1) chair has a visible tear in the seat fabric.
General wear on the remaining units.
Group 2: Black Allsteel Chairs (Quantity: 7)
Model: RLM-MUCO-3.CBKLKJM01.CTU10
Condition Notes: Armrests on these units are cracked (please refer to photos for severity).
Group 3: Black Office Chairs (Quantity: 6)
Mechanical Note: These units do not roll smoothly; casters may need cleaning or replacement.
Condition Notes: * One (1) chair has three distinct marks on the seat cushion (appears to be melted/heat damage).

Removal
For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
