Appointments for pre-purchase inspections and pick up can be made through Fleet@Cleburne.net. Please leave name, phone number, Item number that you are interested in and we will contact you at as soon as possible.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Auction items must be picked up within 10 business days (M-F excluding holidays) from the date the auction closes. Buyer is responsible for lifting, loading, and moving of their item. No assistance will be provided by means of equipment or manpower.

Items must be removed from city property by 4pm of the day scheduled for pickup.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the
Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to fleet@cleburne.net .

Customer will contact name and phone number on buyer’s certificate to make an appointment to collect all items.
If anyone other than the winning bidder is picking up the item we will have to receive a photo copy of the winning bidders photo ID, receipt of payment phone number and the name of the person picking up the item. They will still be required to show photo ID to pick up the item and verify they are the approved agent of the winning bidder. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment. Employees cannot assist in loading, or starting the unit.

If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.

All items will have to be towed or trailered off of City property.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions title paperwork will be mailed out within 10 days of the item being picked up.

There will be no exception to the 10-day pick-up window.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Cleburne, TX makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
