REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer’s Certificate must be presented at the time of removal. For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Successful bidders are responsible for removal of all purchased items. This includes: transporting, loading, packing, and performing all work necessary. No assistance will be provided. Location of property is indicated on the Govdeals Asset ID information and on the Buyer’s Certificate. The Iowa DNR disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
