• Inspection Opportunity: Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the chargers prior to submitting a bid. Inspections are available by appointment only. Additional photographs may be provided upon request.
• Removing Assets: The chargers have been disconnected from power sources. They remain bolted in place, but Seller will assist as needed detaching chargers for Buyer removal. The charger enclosures are approx. 1,500 lbs. each. Buyer is solely responsible for removing, loading, transporting, and taking possession of all ten (10) chargers and dispensers. The Seller will not provide transportation services and will not store or hold chargers or dispensers after the auction closing date.
• Federal Government Notes:
o The chargers are being sold pursuant to an approved exemption waiver dated January 28, 2026 (attached)
o There is no remaining obligation to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Rock Hill assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
