Condition
Heavy Rescue 35 runs and drives as normal and has been maintained by the Allen-Clay Joint Fire District with regular preventive maintenance and fluid changes consistent with the District's other apparatus.
The apparatus has relatively low mileage for its age, with 15,165 miles and 2,203 engine hours.
There are several known condition issues that prospective bidders should be aware of:
- The apparatus is currently not charging through the shore power system.
- The original electrical lighting sequencer is outdated, and not all lighting functions operate as intended.
- The HVAC system is in need of repair.
The District is disclosing these known issues so prospective bidders can properly evaluate the apparatus prior to bidding.
Equipment and Lettering
All department-owned equipment will be removed prior to the sale. All Allen-Clay Joint Fire District lettering, decals, graphics, and identifying markings will also be removed.
The vehicle being sold may therefore appear different from photographs taken while it was in service.

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
