Each table features a rectangular tabletop with multiple attached individual seats and a mobile frame equipped with casters. The tables are designed for use in school cafeterias, dining areas, breakrooms, or other institutional settings.
The tables are used and show signs of normal institutional use, including dirt, dust, scratches, scuffs, stains, and other cosmetic wear. Some seats and/or components may have additional wear from previous use.
Bidders should carefully review all photos for additional information regarding the overall condition, configuration, and appearance of the tables. These items are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied regarding condition, completeness, or future usability.

Yes. If you are the successful bidder, you may arrange for a third-party shipping or freight company to pick up the items from our location and ship them to St. Louis, MO. The winning bidder is solely responsible for selecting and coordinating with the shipping company, as well as all packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation costs. SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only after payment has been received as specified.
Successful bidders are solely responsible for the loading and removal of all awarded property from the location listed on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyers must make all necessary arrangements and perform all work required for packing, loading, and transportation of the property.
Under no circumstances will The Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County provide or assume responsibility for packing, loading, shipping, or removal. Buyers are required to complete all removal activities independently.
Please refer to the individual auction page for any additional removal instructions. Once property has been removed from the seller’s premises, no refunds will be issued. A daily storage fee of $100.00 may be charged for any items not removed within the five (5) business days allowed, as stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Special Instructions
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
