Inspection

Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only.

Payment

Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.

Acceptable forms of payment are:

U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order.

Payments must be made payable to: School District of Washington, MO. Payments will be accepted at the location listed on the Buyer's Certificate.

Bidders may also use the online debit/credit card payment process available on the School District of Washington's website at https://washington.revtrak.net

Removal

Property removed by appointment only. You may contact Sheena at 636.231.2009 or email purchasing@sdowmo.org to make arrangements. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. Please note that this location does not have a loading dock.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Special Instructions

Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the condition or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
