PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyers must
contact Sasha Stewart, Purchasing Agent, at 256-409-2006, and coordinate date of pick up of property.
Please allow at least 24 hours before pickup after contacting the Purchasing Agent. Buyer's certificate must be presented to the Purchasing Agent at time of pick up of property.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If vehicle is drivable and buyer intends to drive vehicle from lot, he/she should bring
oil, small can of new gas, air compressor, battery booster and anything else that might be needed for cranking and operation of vehicle. Normally vehicles have been on lot for several months and these items might be needed to insure proper starting and running of vehicle.
A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
