Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Buyers will be defaulted in GovDeals or a daily storage fee of $10.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; buyer must notify seller prior to item removal. The buyer must provide agent with a copy of buyer's certificate, including their signed authorization to release their items. Person picking up will be required to sign the Bill of Sale.
