Description

Commercial cleaning equipment package consisting of multiple corded units, all designed for industrial and facility maintenance applications. Included are two TASKI Model M-1 “PIG” heavy-duty vacuums (120V, 12.0 amps; serial numbers 101002B and 101012B), built for versatile cleaning from floors to ceilings and compatible with a wide range of tools and attachments. Also included is a Tennant walk-behind carpet extractor/shampooer, offering both interim surface cleaning and deep cleaning modes with simple one-button operation and consistent performance.
Additional equipment includes an NSS Pacer sweeper suction unit and a Nobles Anser wet suction vacuum, both corded and suited for various floor cleaning and liquid recovery tasks. These units are commonly used in commercial, institutional, and industrial environments for maintaining carpets, hard floors, and other surfaces.

Removal

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
