1998 Dodge Caravan SPORTS VAN, 3.3L V6 OHV 12V. No key. Don't know if will start with booster box. Don't know if A/C & Heat work. Has damaged front end, all tires appear to be flat or damaged. Appears to have torn & missing seats. Electrical system working conditions unknown. May have scratches, dents, and / or rust. Paint may be chipping, peeling, or fading. May have loose or missing panels. May have exposed wires and holes due to removal of equipment. Some parts may be missing and / or damaged. Winning bidder is responsible for pick - up and removal with their own equipment.
No title will be given to the winning bidder by the Metropolitan Government / Nashville. A Court Order will be issued to title this vehicle. Item is seized, confiscated, abandoned, or forfeited so the mileage cannot be guaranteed by the Metro Government of Nashville. Vehicles may have salvage, rebuilt, or other title factors that are unknown until after the registration process has begun. Maybe subject to additional state fees. Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
