Potential buyers are encouraged to personally inspect the equipment in its most recent condition as permitted during the auction process.

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.Property may be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If Buyer utilizes a third party for asset pick up a written release must be provided. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation and/or jump starting of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate, unless prior arrangements are made, and the fee is waived by Walworth County’s Deputy Director-Asset Management.
