The oil was changed on 4/23/24 at 43,967 miles. The oil was sampled and sent to the lab on 4/23/25, but was not changed based on the analysis results. A copy of the oil analysis with the history from 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022 has been uploaded to the auction. 03/06/2026 16:03:47 PM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The buyer must sign the Bill of Sale and the Anderson Township Equipment Sale Agreement before removing property.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Anderson Township/Hamilton County, OH makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Buyers should rely on their own inspection to determine the property's condition. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Vehicle Titles. Seller will issue a title or certificate upon receiving verification of payment. Seller will not release the vehicle until Buyer transfers the title to their name and provides proof of the transfer.
