Description

2023 Hyundai Elantra SEDAN 4-DR, 2.0L L4 DOHC 16V. Vehicle is like new, Starts and runs with a boost. Car was seized in Oct 2024 and has been in impound lot since. Only damage on car is a small blemish/tear on rear bumper cap(see photo), no other body damage. Interior is in perfect shape with no damage whatsoever. Automatic transmission with no known issues. Interior is gray cloth, with seat covers to protect seats. This car is in immaculate condition and sold as is. Call for an appointment to inspect vehicle.

    Vehicle is a court seizure so there is no title. Buyer will be provided with court paperwork and a bill of sale to take to DMV to obtain title in their state. Shipping can be arranged by buyer but only after additional paperwork is approved 04/01/2026 08:00:14 AM

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
