THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. IF A BIDDER HAS NOT PAID BY DAY 6 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION, THEY WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. Removal

**Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from date the auction ends. ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY 11 AFTER THE END OF AUCTION THEY WILL INCUR A $10.00 PER LOT, PER DAY FEE. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP AN AUCTION BY DAY 30 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN THE BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS. NO EXCEPTION. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the the property. We do offer free forklift assistance . Property may ONLY be removed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday excluding legal holidays.
