This lot includes two (2) Utilitech Pro Industrial Floor Fans, designed for commercial and warehouse ventilation. Both units have been tested and are in working condition.

Speed Control: Variable speed regulator (0-2 settings)
Construction: Heavy-duty metal housing with protective steel cage
Mobility: Equipped with wheels for east transport
Condition
Both fans are operational and functional
One unit shows moderate to heavy rust/corrosion on outer cage
General wear including dust, surface rust, and cosmetic imperfections
Blades and motors appear intact and functioning
May require cleaning or minor maintenance for optimal performance
Fans are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties.

Do you think that it is safe to sell a commercial fan like that without a grate? In your description it says nothing about the problem. I wouldn't think that the City of Schertz would approve. Correct the listing please! 03/25/2026 11:33:58 AM
Thank you for the feedback. The Grate is included in the Lot. We removed the Grate to show up close the condition of the Blade and inside of the unit. These Fans are the same model and the condition is the same for each fan. We also test and verify the condition of all units before putting any item up on the GovDeals site. SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from Auction End Date.
The City of Schertz does not provide shipping services for items sold through GovDeals. Buyers, at their discretion, may make arrangements with a third-party courier to take possession of their purchased items, including packaging and shipping, at their own expense. The City does not supply packaging or shipping materials. Buyers utilizing a courier must notify the Purchasing Department of their intent to use a third-party service and, if possible, provide the name of the individual designated to pick up the items on their behalf. The City of Schertz assumes no responsibility for items once they have been accepted by the courier.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Items not picked up within ten (10) days will be returned to inventory and offered to the second place bidder or re-auctioned.
