Lot of (2) ACDI EX2000 Series Multi-Vend Coin & Bill Payment Stations - (Working – Former Schertz Public Library Equipment)

This lot includes two (2) ACDI EX2000 Series payment kiosks previously used at the Schertz Public Library for pay-for-print and copy services. These units were in working condition at the time of removal from service.

Each kiosk is configured for coin and bill acceptance (EX2000B configuration) and includes an integrated bill acceptor (Model BP4BX), internal control board, and user interface with keypad and LCD display.

These systems are designed for use in libraries, schools, universities, and public-use printing environments, allowing users to pay for printing, copying, or other services.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from Auction End Date.

The City of Schertz does not provide shipping services for items sold through GovDeals. Buyers, at their discretion, may make arrangements with a third-party courier to take possession of their purchased items, including packaging and shipping, at their own expense. The City does not supply packaging or shipping materials. Buyers utilizing a courier must notify the Purchasing Department of their intent to use a third-party service and, if possible, provide the name of the individual designated to pick up the items on their behalf. The City of Schertz assumes no responsibility for items once they have been accepted by the courier.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Items not picked up within ten (10) days will be returned to inventory and offered to the second place bidder or re-auctioned.
