Description

2012 International 4300 Sign Truck, Conventional Cab, 7.6L L6 DIESEL

Vehicle starts and runs.
No known engine or transmission repairs needed.
Truck had the original engine replaced 12/2023 at Lakeside IH in Janesville, WI at 224,896 miles at a cost of $31,400.
It comes with both outriggers, but one will be loose and on the bed. It was removed due to excessive leaking.
The hydraulic tank has leaked and has been repaired.
The crane body is older than the chassis as it was transferred from a previous truck.
The remote is not working and the crane functions need to be ran manually with the levers on the valve.
Truck has been sitting for 6-9 months, but was started and moved during auction prep.
Maintained every 3,750 miles.
Exterior has minor dents, scratches, and dings.
Prior decals have been removed, impressions remain.
Inspection form attached.

Removal: NO assistance will be provided. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation, and/or jump starting of the property.

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only; no weekends, no holidays. Please see the contact above to schedule an inspection.

The vehicle/equipment/part condition is based on all information available at the time of inspection by Walworth County Public Works. Any changes in condition between the inspection and the auction are the responsibility of the potential bidder/buyer to identify and factor into their offer. Potential buyers are encouraged to personally inspect the equipment in its most recent condition as permitted during the auction process.

Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If Buyer utilizes a third party for asset pick up a written release must be provided. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation and/or jump starting of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate, unless prior arrangements are made, and the fee is waived by Walworth County’s Deputy Director-Asset Management.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Walworth County, WI makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
