Description

This is a Baum UltraFold 714 letter folder. The folder was utilized and maintained by the RICOH Imaging Center in the Indianapolis City-County Building.

All bidders interested in making a personal inspection of these items will need to schedule an appointment through Spencer Valentine (317) 626-8451 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST).

Be prepared to remove from the offices and take out of the building between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on the scheduled pick-up time after payment has been fulfilled. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. They are located in the RICOH Imaging Center on the ground floor of the Indianapolis City-County Building. Access to the docks can be secured for that removal.

Removal

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED, you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.
