2007 JLG 1250AJP ULTRA BOOM WITH 1053 HOURS. MACHINE HAS A NEWER BATTERY SO IT MAY START OR NEED A BOOST TO GET STARTED. IT DOES HAVE A HYDRAULIC LEAK POSSIBLY IN THE MAIN BOOM. IT HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSIS SO NOT EXACTLY SURE WHERE IT IS. IT DID DRIVE TO WHERE IT IS PARKED OFF THE TRAILER BUT WENT THRU SOME FLUID. YOU WILL NEED PLENTY OF FLUID TO GET IT LOADED ON A TRAILER. WE DO HAVE A FORKLIFT BUT NOT SURE IF IT WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE THIS MACHINE. IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS NO GUARANTEES. SEE VIDEO OF MACHINE RUNNING.
INSPECTIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PICKUPS HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. THE PICKUP TIMES ARE TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY 1000-1600 HOWEVER IF THESE TIMES DO NOT WORK ADDITIONAL PICKUPS CAN BE SCHEDULED ACCORDINGLY.

SALES TAX

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
