This lot contains 20 - 4 x 5 round bales of Corn Stover. These are net wrapped. The bales weigh approximately 650 lbs each These were stored inside. These are located in Lexington, KY. Access to these for the winning bidder will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and pickup will be appointment only. With prior scheduling, U of K personnel will load bales on the successful bidders truck/trailer. Any questions must be asked online so everyone can see question and response. We will not respond to phone calls or direct emails. Sold as is where is.

Removal
****PLEASE NOTE**** BIDDERS WHO DO NOT REMOVE ASSETS IN THE ALLOTTED 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE DEFAULTED AND THEIR ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY.
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed (by appointment only) within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases must be removed by person listed on buyers certificate unless proper documentation has been completed to release to another individual. Email asset contact to receive proper documentation for 3rd party removals.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
