This item is being sold as is, buyer will be required to unhook and hall away. This generator can be viewed at Southfield Fire Station #3, located at 20135 W 12 Mile rd, Southfield, MI. The Unit is outside.

The existing generator is a 12.5KW, 120/240V, single phase, natural gas generator. It is located outdoors in a weatherproof enclosure. The existing transfer switch is rated for 100A. The existing stand-by power system only serves limited loads at the fire station. The Fire station service is 240/120V, single phase, three wire with a main disconnect rated for 225A.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
