Up for consideration is a 8' x 40' shipping container (conx). This shipping container is in good shape and has been used to store range supplies and equipment at our range. We did find the beginning of a very small termite nest, this was treated and no signs of any termites are visable. This unit has a wood floor that is in good shape. All material seen in the pictures DO NOT GO WITH THIS SALE. These items will be removed prior to pick up. You will need a trailer set up to haul a 40' shipping container. Sale is as is where is with no warranty expressed or given.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
