be made at least 48 hours in advance by email.

Many buyers do not show up for pickups and have to be rescheduled. Because of that an open date and time may be several days out.

After you have Paid for your item(s) email drexelsurplus@drexel.edu and suggest a date and time that you would like to pick up. There may be many pickups scheduled in a week so not all times are available. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP without emailing and receiving a confirmation. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Drexel University will not assist buyer or their third party agents/truckers in loading of items - without exception.

Winning buyers: plan on picking up your auction yourself, trying to add a trucker of yours never works out. Trying to use a trucker add days to the process since they don't have the ability to make a pre-arranged, scheduled appointment.
