SALES TAX

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site.

All Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Special Instructions

The buyer shall agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend (YOUR AGENCY NAME HERE), its agents and employees from any claims for property damage and/or personal injury resulting from the dismantling and removal of the equipment (including death resulting therefrom). Such claims include, but are not limited to, actual, consequential, incidental or punitive damages. Nothing here is to be construed as a waiver by (YOUR AGENCY NAME HERE) . The buyer shall agree to maintain sufficient comprehensive general liability insurance, naming the (YOUR AGENCY NAME HERE), as additional insured, in the amounts of $??????? per occurrence and $??????? per person, prior to removal of the item won at auction. Proof of such insurance shall be given to (YOUR AGENCY NAME HERE), by an appropriate certificate-of-insurance issued by the buyer’s insurance agent prior to the removal of the item won at auction.
