Removal

style='font-weight:bold; color: #FF0000'>No same day/next day removal appointments. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must
be made at least 48 hours in advance by email.

Many buyers do not show up for pickups and have to be rescheduled. Because of that an open date and time may be several days out.

After you have Paid for your item(s) email drexelsurplus@drexel.edu and suggest a date and time that you would like to pick up. There may be many pickups scheduled in a week so not all times are available. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP without emailing and receiving a confirmation. Bring enough help and equipment to safely and successfully remove your purchase. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 3:00, departments are not open early/late or weekends

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. A Drexel Surplus employee will escort buyers to pickup location but cannot assist in removal. Buyers will sign a Bill of Sale and present a photo ID to be photocopied when arriving at Drexel for pickup. Drexel University will not assist buyer or their third party agents/truckers in loading of items - without exception.

Winning buyers: plan on picking up your auction yourself, trying to add a trucker of yours never works out. Trying to use a trucker add days to the process since they don't have the ability to make a pre-arranged, scheduled appointment.
