Inspections can be done from 9AM to 3PM Monday - Friday. To enter our facility you will need to have a goverment issued ID at the time of inspection. Minors under the age of 18 are NOT permitted inside impound lot at anytime. You cannot work on vehicles inside the lot at anytime. The only devices/tools that can be used to inspect vehicles are jumpboxes. If you are caught removing items or parts from vehicles you will be band from our auctions and possible legal action maybe taken against you if deemed neccesary. Important Pickup Instructions

Please review your Buyer’s Certificate for the location point-of-contact information to coordinate pickup of your vehicle(s).

To ensure the title and vehicle are released, please complete the following steps:

If Sending a Representative:

1. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please email the representative’s full name to auction@prioritytow.com and provide the representative with your Bill of Sale.
2. The representative must present a valid ID and sign for the item(s) at the time of pickup.

Buyer Responsibilities:

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of item removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, and exporting.

Pickup Deadline:

All items must be picked up and removed within five (5) business days from the auction close, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.

Items not removed within this timeframe may result in one or more of the following actions: (1) the item(s) may be declared abandoned with no refund provided, (2) storage fees of $25 per day may be charged, or (3) the sale may be canceled and a fee equal to the Buyer’s Premium may be assessed.

Load-Out Information:

Buyers are responsible for their own load-out, rigging, removal, and transport. A forklift may not be available on-site.

Title Information:

Titles are provided at the time of vehicle pick up and filled out to the name listed on the Buyer’s Certificate.

To request a change of address, name transfer, or other title update, email our Title Department at jessica.miranda@sierraauction.com within three (3) days of the auction closing.

Requests received after this period may incur additional fees, including a $25 returned title fee and/or a $95 duplicate title fee.

Important Notice – Shipping Not Available

Shipping is NOT available. Buyers must make their own arrangements for vehicle pickup and transport.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guarantee Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. It is the sole responsibility for all buyers to verify title brands themselves prior to purchasing vehicles. Seller name on vehicle titles will be from one of our various towing entites or vehicle consignors name. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

ALL E- TITLES/TITLES WILL HAVE THE BUYERS NAME PRINTED ON PAPERWORK AT THE TIME OF PICK UP...

As of March 21, 2024, titles processed through MVD abandoned vehicles will be marked as c-box/ Not Actual mile titles. Because of the way we receive possession of vehicles and us not always having keys to verify mileage this occurs in the majority of MVD titles processes.
