ALL property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. The item(s) is located at the Brevard County Asset Management 345 Wenner Way, Cocoa FL 32926. Please review the attached pictures and/or video to assess the physical condition of the item. Nevertheless, it is strongly advised that all bidders physically inspect the item prior to making a bid, since most all items are used and may have damage or defects NOT visible or immediately detectable. Please adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ITEMS CANNOT BE VIEWED OR INSPECTED ONCE THE AUCTION ENDS.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction or bidders will be defaulted or incur a storage fee of $10.00 per day, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Removal of property is at Buyer’s own expense, risk, and liability. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. All Pallets, Bins, Tubs, and Rolling Carts shown in pictures are not included in the sale.
