Condition:

• Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

• Unit does not run.

• Cosmetic wear consistent with age, use, and outdoor storage, including scratches, surface rust, corrosion, weathering, and paint deterioration. Please review all photographs carefully as they are considered part of the description.

Documentation:

The following items are not available and will not be provided: • Maintenance or service records • Certificate of Origin (COO) • Title • Registration • Any additional ownership or historical documentation.

Inspection:

Inspection is strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Bidders are responsible for determining the condition, completeness, and suitability of the equipment before placing a bid.

Removal:

The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for all labor, loading, rigging, equipment, transportation, permits (if required), and any other costs associated with removal of this equipment. The County will not provide personnel, forklifts, cranes, tools, loading equipment, or any other assistance during removal. Removal shall be completed by appointment during normal business hours and within the removal timeframe established by GovDeals. The purchaser is responsible for removing the equipment without damage to County property. Any damage caused during removal shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they accept the equipment in its present AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition, whether or not they inspected the property prior to bidding. This sale is governed by the GovDeals Terms and Conditions of Sale. The County makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or operability of the equipment. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

SALES TAX

Removal

If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to verify payment has cleared, for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Removal.
